About the role

As an HR Associate, you'll partner with leaders across a global organization to solve complex business challenges, influence critical talent decisions, and drive initiatives that shape how we attract, develop, and empower our workforce. Through challenging assignments, senior leader exposure, and structured development, you'll build the skills, experiences, and network needed to become a future leader at Citi.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to solve complex organizational and talent challenges
  • Contribute to projects that drive business performance, workforce effectiveness, and organizational success
  • Lead initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Develop presentations and recommendations for senior leaders
  • Challenge existing approaches and identify innovative solutions that create meaningful impact
  • Take ownership of meaningful work while collaborating with colleagues, mentors, and leaders across Citi's global organization

Program Experience

The HRMA Program combines challenging assignments, leadership exposure, and professional development to accelerate your growth. You'll complete two 12-month rotational experiences designed to broaden your perspective, strengthen your leadership capabilities, and deepen your understanding of how people strategies drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • MBA or relevant Master's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • 3-5 years of full-time professional work experience
  • Strong academic performance
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through professional, academic, or community involvement
  • Willingness to relocate for developmental opportunities

Pay

Salary: $130,000 annual. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. The full-time salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $145,000.00.
