About the role
Citi is looking for Full-Time Associates to join our Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA) team in New York, NY. The ESPA function plays a key role for the firm, working to enhance how our stakeholders perceive and experience Citi. ESPA has two core objectives: managing our reputation by engaging with stakeholders and delivering great spaces and services to colleagues and clients. Teams within ESPA include:

Program structure
The ESPA program consists of two one-year rotations, providing both depth and breadth of experience. Associates participate in a comprehensive training program at the start, including global Citi orientation and intensive technical and professional skills training (e.g., presentation, communication, and leadership development). On-the-job training is provided during rotations.
- Targeted Placements: Associates are placed in a specific role within ESPA, with a primary focus on Communications and Real Estate Services.
- Value-Driven Work: Associates work closely with management teams to add tangible value through responsibilities such as media and reputation monitoring, content development, research and analysis, and project management.
- Accelerated Growth: The program aims to expand skills, deepen organizational understanding, and grow professional networks. Rotations sharpen analytical abilities, functional knowledge, and leadership capabilities, preparing Associates for future leadership opportunities at Citi.
After completing the 24-month program, Associates may be considered for permanent placement within ESPA. Rotations may vary based on business needs and career interests, with opportunities to stay within the same team for a focused path.
Requirements
- Pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- 3-5 years of relevant full-time professional work experience.
- Strong academic record, with a preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; Citi will not sponsor visa applications for this position.

Pay
Annual salary range: $60,000.00 - $145,000.00. The anticipated annual salary for this role is $130,000. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
