The Human Resources Analyst Program is Citi's flagship early-career program designed to build the next generation of HR talent. Through a structured two-year experience, participants develop the skills, perspective, and confidence needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving world of work. Designed for high-performing students and early-career professionals, the program provides a unique opportunity to accelerate development through meaningful work, hands-on experience, and exposure to leaders across Citi's global organization.
About the Program
Over two years, you'll work on real business challenges, contribute to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across Citi. Along the way, you'll develop capabilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, influencing, project execution, change leadership, and data-driven decision making while gaining exposure to emerging areas shaping the future of Human Resources, including AI-enabled tools, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness.
Through structured development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and challenging assignments, you'll gain the experience and future-ready skills needed to build a successful long-term career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations that support business decisions

Program Experience
The HR Analyst Program is a two-year career accelerator designed to help participants build foundational skills, broaden their perspective, and increase responsibility over time. Participants complete two one-year developmental experiences aligned to skills development and business needs, enabling diverse experiences while contributing to meaningful work across Citi's Human Resources organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 0–2 years of professional work experience
- Candidates pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Analytics, STEM, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Applicants from all academic backgrounds with a demonstrated interest in Human Resources will be considered.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000.00 - $145,000.00. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
