Functional & Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantPart-Time | 15-30 Hours/Week | Devon, PACompensation: $60-$85/hour + productivity and procedure-based incentivesAbout the PositionFull Spectrum Integrative Medicine is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led functional and integrative medicine practice in Devon, Pennsylvania.Our practice combines strong conventional medicine with functional and integrative medicine, hormone optimization, preventive medicine, healthy aging, regenerative medicine, sexual wellness, IV therapies, and medical aesthetics in a personalized, fee-for-service setting.This is not high-volume primary care and not a traditional med spa role. Our clinicians have time to understand complex patients, provide meaningful education, develop individualized treatment plans, and build long-term relationships.We are looking for someone who wants a long-term clinical home and is interested in growing both medically and procedurally.The RoleThe clinician will initially focus on:Follow-up care for established functional and integrative medicine patientsHormone replacement therapy and hormone optimizationWomen's health, menopause, and men's hormone healthMetabolic health and medical weight managementPreventive and healthy aging medicineRegenerative and procedural medicineMedical aesthetics and sexual wellness treatmentsThe clinician will work closely with the Medical Director while learning our diagnostic approach, treatment philosophy, specialty testing, and patient population.You will not be expected to independently perform comprehensive functional medicine new-patient evaluations immediately upon joining the practice.As your familiarity with our approach grows, the role may expand to include comprehensive consultations, independent treatment planning, advanced laboratory interpretation, and development of your own patient panel.Clinical ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:Provide follow-up care for established patientsReview laboratory results and monitor treatment responseManage and adjust hormone replacement therapy when appropriateCare for patients with menopause, thyroid disorders, metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, gastrointestinal concerns, weight management needs, bone health concerns, and other chronic conditionsPrescribe medications, bioidentical hormones, supplements, and other appropriate treatmentsIncorporate nutrition, lifestyle medicine, exercise, sleep, and stress management into careInterpret conventional and specialty laboratory testingParticipate in IV and injectable nutrient therapy when appropriatePerform aesthetic and regenerative procedures based on training and experienceEducate patients regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and realistic expectationsCollaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teamMaintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerbo EMRAreas of Clinical CareOur patients frequently present with chronic or complex health concerns requiring a more comprehensive approach.Areas of care include:Functional and integrative medicinePerimenopause and menopauseBioidentical hormone replacement therapyMen's hormone optimizationThyroid managementMetabolic dysfunction and insulin resistanceMedical weight management and GLP-1 therapyGastrointestinal and microbiome healthNutritional deficienciesAutoimmune and inflammatory conditionsCardiovascular prevention and advanced risk assessmentOsteopenia, osteoporosis, and bone healthHealthy aging and longevityFunctional and specialty laboratory testingPrior experience with hormone replacement therapy is highly desirable. Additional mentorship and training are available for a strong clinician who wants to further develop expertise.Medical Aesthetics & Regenerative MedicineWe are particularly interested in a clinician with prior experience or a strong interest in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and procedural care.Procedures may include:Neurotoxin injectionsPRP and PRFMicroneedlingRegenerative skin treatmentsLaser hair removal and laser skin treatmentsEnergy-based aesthetic treatmentsOMNIWave/GAINSWave shockwave therapyMen's and women's sexual wellness treatmentsMusculoskeletal and regenerative therapiesExperience with every modality is not required.Prior aesthetic experience is strongly preferred, especially with neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, microneedling, or lasers. We are willing to provide additional training to an exceptional clinician with strong medical judgment, procedural aptitude, and genuine interest in developing aesthetic expertise.Our aesthetic philosophy is medically grounded and conservative, emphasizing patient safety, skin health, healthy aging, regenerative approaches, and natural-looking results.Growth of the RoleThis position is designed to grow thoughtfully over time.As the clinician becomes familiar with our approach and patient population, responsibilities may expand to include:Comprehensive functional medicine new-patient consultationsIndependent diagnostic and treatment planningInterpretation of advanced specialty testingDevelopment of an independent patient panelGreater responsibility for hormone optimization and healthy agingExpansion into regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and sexual wellness programsDevelopment of additional specialties based on individual interests and expertiseThe pace of growth will depend on prior experience, clinical judgment, comfort level, patient demand, and collaboration with the Medical Director.Required QualificationsPennsylvania Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or ability to obtain licensureSeveral years of experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Women's Health, or another adult medicine settingFunctional or integrative medicine experience or substantial formal trainingStrong conventional medical knowledge and clinical judgmentComfort managing adult patients with chronic or complex conditionsStrong interest in hormone optimization, preventive medicine, and healthy agingInterest in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicineExcellent communication and patient education skillsStrong procedural aptitude and attention to detailExcellent documentation and follow-throughAbility to work independently while collaborating within a physician-led modelBLS certificationDEA registration or eligibility as appropriateStrongly Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:Functional or integrative medicineHormone replacement therapyMenopause managementMedical weight managementFunctional GI medicineIV therapyNutraceuticals and supplementationNeurotoxinsPRP/PRFMicroneedlingLaser therapyRegenerative medicineSexual wellnessShockwave therapyMedical aestheticsA clinician who combines strong conventional medicine with functional medicine, hormone therapy, and hands-on procedural or aesthetic experience would be an especially strong fit.About Full Spectrum Integrative MedicineFull Spectrum Integrative Medicine is an established physician-led practice focused on identifying and addressing underlying contributors to illness while helping patients optimize long-term health and wellness.Our multidisciplinary practice includes physician leadership, nursing support, advanced functional and specialty testing, IV therapy, health coaching, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, regenerative technologies, medical aesthetics, and established administrative and clinical infrastructure.You will be joining an established practice.
