Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist
About the role
Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center serving communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are seeking a full-time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist to provide FFT services and oversee a team of FFT therapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide FFT services to youth and families
- Oversee and provide clinical supervision to a team of FFT therapists
- Establish, implement, and maintain the FFT program
- Ensure fidelity to the FFT model
- Provide regular travel for FFT services in eight counties (Lyon, Sioux, Osceola, O’Brien, Dickinson, Clay, Emmet, and Palo Alto)
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills required
- Strong clinical skills and experience in treating mental illnesses required
- Valid driver’s license required due to regular travel
- A certification in functional family therapy is preferred but not required
- Experience in program start-up and/or providing program oversight is preferred but not required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must reside in one of the eight counties mentioned and could be based in Spencer, IA or Sheldon, IA.
Skills
Knowledge of Functional Family Therapy principles and practices is preferred but not required.

Pay
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on years of experience, education, and license level.
Schedule
Regular travel is required for this position.
