We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in UKG PRO Workforce Management (WFM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help optimize workforce management solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for UKG PRO WFM solutions.
• Implement and configure UKG PRO applications to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of workforce management processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the application and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in workforce management consulting or related field.
• Strong understanding of UKG PRO functionality and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
