About the role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant in the Salesforce space who will help lead implementation projects for our client businesses. You will collaborate closely with both the project team and the client to design and implement Salesforce solutions that are purpose-built to meet each client’s specific needs. Your focus during any project will primarily be driving the on-platform configuration of the solution. You will work projects from start to finish but may be assigned to 2-3 projects at a time.

We specialize in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Salesforce Industries implementations, in collaboration with other teams, such as Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud, as needed. We serve a wide range of clients, across many different industry verticals, with projects ranging from simple, out-of-the-box implementations to fully custom solutions that rely very little on standard functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a delivery team dedicated to the implementation of a custom Salesforce core platform solution for clients.
  • Assist with the design of Salesforce core platform (Sales, Service, Loyalty Management) solutions for clients.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on methods and techniques for platform customization, development, and data migration practices.
  • Lead the on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients.
  • Create various diagrams and flowcharts as appropriate for each project, such as application ecosystem diagrams, current state/future state diagrams, data model diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose solutions to optimize Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and industry trends to recommend solutions.
  • Promote adherence to best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage your time effectively to complete all assigned work in the time allotted or clearly communicate why completion is delayed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience implementing custom Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent client management skills managing internal and external relationships.
  • Must work well with a variety of individuals and display client and internal team leadership.
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite or comparable products for feature/ticket backlog management and documentation.
  • Experience assessing Salesforce solutions to ensure compliance with industry or regional regulations and appropriate security standards.

Qualifications

  • Required certifications (at least one of): Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Developer.
  • Desired certifications (any of): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I, and/or Sharing and Visibility Architect.

Schedule

Hybrid work model combining remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration. Employees within commuting distance (90 minutes) of a Headquarters or Hub Office (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week, including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role. Remote employees may be required to attend in-office meetings as needed.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $82,800 - $115,000. Placement within the salary range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
