Responsibilities
- Manage travel reservations for clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Process payments and confirm bookings
- Ensure all travel documents are accurate and complete
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in travel reservations or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field (not required)
- Experience with travel management software (not required)
