We are seeking a fully remote customer support role. We will provide training.

About the role

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer support role is preferred, but we will train you if you don't have one
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate shifts and customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for customer service

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (optional)
