We are seeking a fully remote customer support role. We will provide training.
About the role
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in a customer support role is preferred, but we will train you if you don't have one
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate shifts and customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for customer service
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of CRM systems (optional)
