About the role
We are seeking a fully remote Customer Service – Vacation Planner to join our team. This role will be based in New York.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to vacation planning and bookings
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat
- Process and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to cancellations and changes in travel plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (not required)
- Experience with CRM systems (not required)
