About the role

We are seeking a fully remote Customer Service – Vacation Planner to join our team. This role will be based in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to vacation planning and bookings
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat
  • Process and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to cancellations and changes in travel plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of travel industry terminology and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (not required)
  • Experience with CRM systems (not required)
