About the role
Support customers in booking vacations through phone, email, and live chat. Handle inquiries related to travel packages, accommodations, and other travel-related services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and practices.
