About the role
Support customers booking vacations through our platform. Utilize AI tools to enhance customer service, but final decisions are made by humans.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings 24/7
- Resolve issues related to cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Follow up with customers post-booking to ensure satisfaction
- Adapt to new features and technologies as they are introduced
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English
