About the role

Support customers booking vacations through our platform. Utilize AI tools to enhance customer service, but final decisions are made by humans.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings 24/7
  • Resolve issues related to cancellations, changes, and refunds
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Follow up with customers post-booking to ensure satisfaction
  • Adapt to new features and technologies as they are introduced

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English

Pay
