About the role

The Licensed Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize evidence-based care modalities such as FBT and CBT-E.

Responsibilities include providing evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy, assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, and participating in trainings and meetings.

Qualifications include an active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Kansas, passion for evidence-based care, and ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Pay

$71,000 to $92,000 annually

Schedule

Monday - Friday, between 8am-8pm in Therapist's respective patient care time zone

Ability to provide 30 hours a week of availability for direct patient care, including new patients and follow-up sessions

Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours of direct patient care after 2 pm in Therapist's respective patient care time zone throughout the week (3pm if you live in the Mountain Standard Time Zone to accommodate Pacific Time Zone patients)

Ability to commit to working until 8pm two evenings per week (you choose which evenings and you can start later in the day on these days)

Ability to attend mandatory meetings (i.e. Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, Labs/All Hands, Individual Supervision, etc.)
