Fully licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and document progress according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time status
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session as per company guidelines
- Coordinate services with various stakeholders as needed
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
- On-track to obtain clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP)
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Familiarity with a diverse client base
- Proficiency in office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
- Full license as a mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) with a valid state license
- Prior experience with couples and families preferred
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
- Credentialed with insurance panels preferred
