Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted workflow
- Cooky cross-department communication and ensure timely follow-through
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical records
- Aid with expense tracking
- Maintain and report accurate storage to finance for invoicing
- Serve as a professional, polished point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple initiatives
- Support leadership with project coordination, research, and documentation
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with organizational goals
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency with office software and digital workflow tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Requirements
- 2–4+ years in administrative, operations, or coordination roles
- Experience supporting leadership or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management or workflow systems
