Costing Administrator
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the collaboration of paperwork between production and sales teams.
- Ensure product selection sheets are appropriately distributed to sales team.
- Oversee reporting processes for division office and vendor personnel.
- Review and update quantities, bids and lumber costs into our costing system.
Qualifications
- Work effectively and independently in a professional environment.
- Profilcency with Microsoft programs and database systems.
- Demonstrated customer relations skills.
- Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Homebuilding or costing experience a plus.
