Fulltime Desk Clerk ( Overnight )

Job Summary

Do you want a rewarding job in mental health? Join our team at Thresholds as a Desk Clerk, ensuring that our locations are safe and welcoming for both staff and clients. You will greet, sign in, and provide excellent customer service, build cordial relationships, monitor security, communicate with clinical teams, answer and transfer phone calls, sort mail, and complete other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, sign in, and provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and guests
• Build cordial relationships with clients and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the building
• Maintain safety by monitoring security cameras and ensuring doors are locked and closed
• Communicate with clinical teams verbally and through records
• Support the program by answering and transferring phone calls, sorting mail, and completing other administrative tasks

Requirements

• Passion for mental health advocacy
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• At least 21 years old
• Reliable personal or public transportation to get to work location
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and dependability

Shift Details

SCHEDULE: TUESDAYS - SATURDAYS 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
