Fullstack Developer

Fullstack Developer (React/.Net/C#) Develop and maintain full stack web applications using .NET, C#, React, and related technologies (Golang, Python a plus). Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Design extensible, scalable, and maintainable web applications for payroll and service business use cases. Collaborate closely with product managers, service engineers, and other developers to define and implement new features. Ensure seamless integration of web applications with backend distributed systems for real-time monitoring, control, and reporting. Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure application reliability and performance. Engage directly with end users to gather requirements and feedback, driving features from concept through implementation. Promote and uphold core team values: engineering excellence, curiosity, action bias, self-awareness, inclusivity, and vulnerability. Stay updated with technology trends, especially in fintech, payroll, renewable energy, and sustainable technologies. Desired skills include experience with AI, Golang, Python, and a background in fintech or payroll systems. Bachelor s in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
