About the role
The Full-Time Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. They manage a team of technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling and managing tasks.
- Train and mentor technicians to ensure they meet company standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Document and report on workshop performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards.

Pay

Schedule
