Full-Time Workshop Supervisor

About the role

The Full-Time Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. They manage a team of technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling and managing tasks.
• Train and mentor technicians to ensure they meet company standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document and report on workshop performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards.

Pay

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
