About the role
Lead daily operations in a mechanic shop, overseeing a team of technicians to ensure quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction to staff and supervise work procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage work orders and purchase supplies
- Mentor technicians and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain shop cleanliness and enforce policies
- Conduct quality checks on vehicle repairs and maintenance
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of relevant experience in vehicle reconditioning, mechanical, or body shop fields
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
Preferred certifications include ASE Automotive Repair Credentials.
