Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: The Warehouse Support Specialist is responsible for managing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and identify replenishment needs.Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and operational exceptions for timely resolution.Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for accurate warehouse visibility. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, shipment preparation, and safety practices.Strong ability to verify data accuracy, resolve operational issues, and communicate effectively.Organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and support continuous process improvement. Additional Requirements: Certifications like CSCP are preferred. The role emphasizes supporting operational excellence and inventory accuracy.
