Full-Time Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

Our warehouse operations ensure products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores. The position involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically for shipment and unloads incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Takes warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Communicates with warehouse leadership and provides input to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality, addresses safety concerns, and maintains sanitation standards.
• Aids in achieving budgeted goals set by warehouse management.
• Accurately performs all assigned tasks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Fulfills ergonomic requirements and operates equipment safely.
• Notifies management of any product quality, safety, or sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequent lifting and moving of merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.

Pay

• Starting wage: $23.25 - $29.25 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
• Pay scales vary by schedule type and employee tenure.

Schedule

• 1st shift - 7:00 AM start time, Outbound (Shipping)
• 2nd shift - 11:00 PM start time, Outbound (Shipping)
• 3rd shift - 11:00 PM start time, Inbound (Receiving)
• Various schedules available, including rotating weekends and weekdays.
