Full-Time Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

About the role

Our warehouse operations make sure that products are properly received, selected and delivered for our ever‑growing number of customers. While not guaranteed, on average warehouse employees work 30‑35 hours per week. Teams work in both ambient and temperature‑controlled areas and benefit from a thorough training and safety program.

Responsibilities

• Receive or select (outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments from trucks/back‑hauls.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts per guidelines.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to warehouse management on process improvements.
• Inspect product and consult management on quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Assist management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy.
• Follow the ergonomic program and operate equipment per safety guidelines.
• Notify management of product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
