Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Maintains food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is prepared and presented nicely
• Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness
• Absorbs all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
• One (1) year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role
• Familiarity with all menu items, preparation, and service procedures
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
