Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Manage cash drawer and adhere to bank policies regarding cash handling.
- Handle inquiries and assist customers with account-related issues.
- Operate various banking systems and software applications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
