Full-Time Surgical Technologist

Role: Surgical Technologist Lead Responsibilities Lead surgical tech staff and coordinate daily operating room (OR) activities.Ensure proper instrumentation, sterile techniques, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate closely with surgeons and nursing staff to support high-quality patient care.Mentor team members and support process improvements within the department.
