Full-Time Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques and patient safety
• Serve as a clinical resource and precept new staff members
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers
• Prepare cases, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain supplies
• Support quality and safety initiatives within the surgical team
• Model a compassionate, patient-centered approach and promote continuous improvement in surgical services
