Full-Time Staff Accountant

Role: Staff Accountant within the Property Accounting Team, responsible for daily property accounting functions in a high-volume, team-oriented environment. Key Duties Prepare tenant bills, late fees, and one-time chargesMaintain accurate aging reports and apply tenant creditsReview cash receipts and collaborate with Accounts ReceivableCorrespond with Third-Party Property ManagersReview accounts payable, prepare month-end journal entries, and reconcile accounts and bank statementsPrepare monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and CAM reconciliationsAssist with yearly budget preparation Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment preferredProficiency with Yardi and/or AvidXchange preferredStrong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skillsSelf-managed, proactive problem solver with strong Excel skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
