Full-Time Staff Accountant

About the role

The Staff Accountant role involves performing a variety of accounting tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling accounts
• Creating invoices
• Depositing payments
• Auditing contracts
• Supporting month-end and year-end closes
• Analyzing data for trends and variances
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Assisting with occasional after-hours vehicle recovery

Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance or accounting experience
• High school diploma (bachelor's preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Physical ability to handle standard office tasks and extended computer use

Pay

$70,000 to $80,000 annually
