Full-Time Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant role involves performing a variety of accounting tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, creating invoices, depositing payments, auditing contracts, supporting month-end and year-end closes, and analyzing data for trends and variances. Additional duties encompass supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as assisting with occasional after-hours vehicle recovery. Ideal candidates possess strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills, with 2+ years of finance or accounting experience, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Work requires physical ability to handle standard office tasks and extended computer use.
