Full-Time Service Manager- 742 Chula Vista

Location: 40 N 4th Avenue Unit D, Chula Vista, California 91910, United States.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports to the Store Manager and maintains service standards in the store.
• Implements and manages the FAN customer service program.
• Executes corporate directives such as action bulletins and product removals.
• Maintains the store’s break room (job postings, poster programs, iPad, cleanliness, etc.).
• Reviews mystery shop performance.
• Manages front‑end operations and ensures service procedures are followed.
• Operates cash register, reviews price changes, promotional plans, and communicates updates to associates.
• Maintains assigned store sections; orders, receives, and stocks merchandise using proper equipment.
• Reviews invoices/load bills for accuracy; stocks shelves, end stacks, displays, and deli/freezer cases; sets up promotional displays.
• Performs basic bookkeeping duties, records lost/damaged goods and store supplies, and completes end‑of‑day checkout.

Required Qualifications

• One to three (1‑3) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Pay

Starting rate: $22.75 per hour.
