We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Keep substantive info: description, how we support you (benefits), your day at Lowe's (job duties), key responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, maybe travel requirements, working conditions, about Lowe's (company overview). Also note "Starting rate of pay may vary..." is not specific pay, so we should not create Pay section. Benefits: we have list of benefits: competitive pay and flexible schedules (but not specific), bonus opportunities, health insurance options, tuition assistance, company-matching 401(k), 10% Associate Discount, Track to the Trades program. Those are specific benefits. So we can create Benefits section with ul list. Schedule: not specific; only mention flexible schedules but not concrete schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. Pay: not specific; we should not create Pay section. We need headings: About the role? The posting includes "Your Impact at Lowe's" as intro, but we can treat that as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph(s) describing role: "Your Impact at Lowe's As a Sales Specialist, you will be one of the first people our customers meet..." plus maybe "How We Support You" is benefits, not about role. So About the role could be the first paragraph(s) describing role and environment. - Responsibilities: could be "Your Day at Lowe's" describing duties, plus maybe "Key Responsibilities". We'll combine. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills section. Could include "Preferred Qualifications" as skills? But we already have Qualifications. Might not need Skills. - Benefits: list. - Pay: omit. - Schedule: omit. Also we might include "Travel Requirements" and "Working Conditions" maybe as part of Responsibilities or separate? Not in given headings list; but we could include under Responsibilities or maybe as a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those categories. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we can incorporate travel and working conditions into Responsibilities or About the role? Probably Responsibilities. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can rephrase? Must preserve meaning, not summarizing away detail. We can keep sentences as is, just restructure into HTML. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove repeated "About Lowe's" duplicated paragraphs (two similar but with slight differences). We need to keep substantive info about Lowe's (company overview). There are two paragraphs about Lowe's; they are similar but with some differences: first says FY2023 sales $86B, 1.7M stores, 300k associates, based in Mooresville, N.C., supports communities via safe affordable housing and developing next gen skilled trade experts. Second says FY2025 sales $86B, 1.7M stores, 530 branches, 130 distribution centers, supports communities via safe affordable housing, improving community spaces, developing next gen skilled trade experts, providing disaster relief. Both are substantive; we should keep both? They are duplicated but with some extra details. We should keep all substantive info, not remove duplication if it adds new info. So we can combine or keep both but avoid repeating identical sentences. We'll keep both but maybe merge to avoid redundancy while preserving all details. However instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Merging could be considered summarizing? Might be okay if we keep all facts. Safer to keep both paragraphs as separate

elements, even if similar. That preserves all info. We also need to remove "For information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits." repeated twice. Keep once maybe? It's substantive? It's a link for more info; could be considered boilerplate? It's a reference; but it's not boilerplate; it's a link to benefits. Might keep once. Also remove "Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience." This is not specific pay, so we should not create Pay section, but we could keep this sentence somewhere? It's about pay variability; but since we are not making a Pay section, we could omit it as it's not specific pay info. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't say we must omit the sentence entirely; we could include it in About the role or Benefits? But it's about pay variability; maybe we can include in Benefits? But Benefits section is for benefits; pay is not a benefit. Could include in About the role as a note. However the instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we should keep that sentence somewhere. Where? Could put in a

under About the role or maybe a separate note. Since we are not making Pay section, we can include it in About the role as a paragraph. Similarly "For information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits." is substantive (link). Keep maybe in Benefits section as a note. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:
