We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: The first paragraph: "Your Impact at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping at Lowe's. This is an excellent role for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges." Also "How We Support You" maybe part of About the role? Actually "How We Support You" is about benefits and support. Could be part of Benefits? But we have separate Benefits section. We'll treat "How We Support You" as part of Benefits? But we have a Benefits section later. However "How We Support You" includes benefits like health insurance, tuition assistance, 401(k), discount, etc. That's benefits. So we can put that under Benefits. - Your Day at Lowe's: description of duties. Could be part of Responsibilities. - Key Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Minimum Qualifications: list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Travel Requirements: maybe part of Schedule? Not exactly. Travel Requirements: "This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores." Could be part of Schedule? Not schedule. Could be its own section? Not in allowed headings. Could be omitted? But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could fit under Responsibilities? Not really. Could be under "Schedule"? Not schedule. Could be under "Requirements"? Not exactly. Could be under "Qualifications"? Not. Could be under "Skills"? Not. Since allowed headings limited, we may need to incorporate into existing sections: maybe under Responsibilities as a bullet? Or under "About the role"? Probably better to add a short paragraph under Responsibilities about occasional travel. - Working Conditions: environmental factors. Could be part of Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be under "About the role"? Not. Could be under "Requirements"? Not. Could be under "Qualifications"? Not. Could be under "Skills"? Not. Could be under "Benefits"? Not. Could be under "Pay"? Not. Could be under "Schedule"? Not. Since we must preserve all substantive info, we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can create a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely we should only use those headings. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could embed Working Conditions inside Responsibilities or About the role as a paragraph. - About Lowe’s: company description. Could be under About the role? Or maybe separate "About Lowe’s" not in allowed headings. Could be omitted? But it's substantive. Could be placed under About the role as additional paragraph. - Pay Range: we have Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.90 per hour. That's Pay section. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Schedule: not explicitly mentioned. There's flexible schedules mentioned in "How We Support You": "flexible schedules". Also "Whether you need a part-time position or a place to plant yourself and grow". So we can infer schedule flexibility. But we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does mention flexible schedules. So we can include Schedule section with that info. - Skills: maybe we can extract from Preferred Qualifications: bilingual skills, certification in trade related to department. Could be Skills section. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine Minimum and Preferred under Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we can put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and Skills maybe from Preferred? But Preferred includes bilingual skills and certification; those could be Skills. We'll decide. Let's structure:

About the role

Your Impact at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping at Lowe's. This is an excellent role for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges. How We Support You Whether you need a part-time position or a place to plant yourself and grow, Lowe's is ready to support your goals. As a Lowe's associate, you'll gain access to many benefits beyond competitive pay and flexible schedules. Make your well-being a priority with multiple top-tier health insurance options. Gain extra savings with a 10% Associate Discount. Learn new trade skills with our Track to the Trades program. For information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits.

But we also have Benefits section later; maybe we should not duplicate. Better to keep About the role short: just the impact and support? Actually "How We Support You" is benefits; we could move that to Benefits section. So About the role: just the first two sentences? Let's read: "Your Impact at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping at Lowe's. This is an excellent role for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges." That's about role. Then "How We Support You" is separate. So we can put that under Benefits. Thus:

About the role

Your Impact at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping at Lowe's. This is an excellent role for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges.

Responsibilities

Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department. Customer Service Associates work in one of the following departments, based on hiring needs and skillsets: Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.

  • Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
  • Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
  • Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
  • Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
  • Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
  • Guide customers through shopping or checkout
  • Complete other duties as assigned
  • Occasionally travel to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores
Note: The bullet list includes the responsibilities from "Key Responsibilities". Also we added occasional travel bullet. We also need to include Working Conditions. Could add a paragraph after responsibilities: "Working Conditions Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment. Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker." We could put that under Responsibilities as a paragraph after list, or under a separate section? Not allowed. We'll add a

after the list.

Requirements

  • 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
  • 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
  • Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
  • Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
  • Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Qualifications

  • 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
  • Bi-lingual skills
  • Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)

Skills

Bilingual communication and trade‑related certifications are preferred; strong customer service, basic math, and computer/retail technology proficiency are required.

But we might be duplicating bilingual and certification. Perhaps better to put Skills as a paragraph summarizing required/preferred skills. Alternatively, we could omit Skills section if not enough distinct content. But we have some. Benefits section:
