About the Role

Full-time weekend night shifts on the Surgical Trauma 3A team, focusing on adult surgical and trauma patients in a fast-paced inpatient unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult surgical and trauma patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and manage post-operative and wound care.
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, ensuring safety and stability.
• Collaborate with surgeons, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families, facilitate safe discharges, and support overall patient recovery.
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure positive patient outcomes in a high-pressure environment.
