Full Time RN Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with client assessments, ensuring each patient’s needs are met with compassion and expertise.
• Ensure top-quality care delivery and full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Support and mentor field staff (nurses and caregivers), helping them grow and maintain excellence in their roles.
• Cookordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing to develop, update, and implement effective patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, keeping information organized and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
• Proficiency in wound care and administering IVIG infusions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and critical-thinking skills.
