About the role

The Full Time Clinical Nurse Coordinator at RestorixHealth combines the roles of Registered Nurse and Marketing Coordinator. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation of evidence-based holistic wound care. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate medical communities about services and patient eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation of evidence-based holistic wound care.
  • Develop and maintain community relationships with current and future referral sources through direct referral source interaction and education of medical communities on services provided and patient eligibility.
  • Ensure staff demonstrates competency in core and center-specific clinical skills, and maintains continuing education and certificates.
  • Establishes weekly contacts with host facilities' administration and medical staff.
  • Adhere to regulatory and accrediting standards policies/procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with Senior Management, Regional Director, Program Director, Clinical Team, host facility staff, providers, and business office staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in Quality Management measures and ensure all measures are turned in by designated deadlines.
  • Develop patient-specific wound care plans and regularly review wound progress, communicate with providers and patients, and document accurately.
  • Achieve accuracy, legibility, and completeness of all staff documentation and adhere to daily chart check and correction policy.

Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, wound care clinic experience, or a combination of both.
  • Ability to function competently and independently to provide the highest quality of nursing practice.
