About the role
We are seeking an Operating Room Clinical Coordinator RN to deliver expert surgical care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Circulating during surgeries and managing OR operations
- Acting as a charge nurse and providing mentorship to staff
- Coordinating shift activities and supporting quality improvement efforts
- Assisting with personnel management, resource utilization, and maintaining care standards
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- At least one year of clinical experience in acute care
- Knowledge of age-specific patient care and ability to interpret patient needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
