Full-Time RN Clinical Manager - Medical Surgery

This role entails administrative and operational oversight of assigned departments, focusing on cost management, human resources, operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and satisfaction of patients, physicians, and staff. It involves serving on the management team and Shared Governance Model to promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values, with a person-centered approach that emphasizes patient- and family-centered services and value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Managing departmental operations, finances, and staffing
• Leading change management initiatives
• Supporting staff development and succession planning to cultivate future nursing leaders
• Assisting in clinical staffing to provide care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings, including 1 year of leadership experience
• Clinical competency in the relevant specialty area
• RN licensure in Georgia or multistate licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
