Full-Time RN Clinical Manager

About the Role

The Clinical Manager oversees a team of clinicians providing high-quality home health care. Responsibilities include guiding clinical practice, coordinating patient services, ensuring documentation and billing compliance, and participating in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clinicians, aiding in care planning and clinical decision-making.
• Perform quality assurance reviews, audits, and monitor outcomes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely documentation, accuracy of OASIS data, and resolve deficiencies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and report on performance metrics.
• Provide limited direct patient care in exceptional circumstances.

Requirements

• Current RN license, graduate of an accredited Nursing school, and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
• Management experience and proficiency with home health software; preferred OASIS and CMS PDGM knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and knowledge of regulatory standards.
