Full-Time RN Clinical Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for the administrative and operational management of assigned departments, focusing on cost control, finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes. Serves as a key member of the management team, promoting the organization’s mission, vision, and values through a person-centered philosophy. Supports patient- and family-centered services across the continuum to enhance value-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Includes succession planning, talent identification, staff support, education, and resource provision to develop future nursing leaders. May assist in staffing to deliver clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.At least 3 years of nursing experience in hospital or outpatient settings, with 1 year of leadership experience.Demonstrated clinical competency in relevant specialty.Valid RN licensure in the state and basic life support certification.
