Full-Time RN Clinical Manager

This role holds administrative and operational responsibilities for assigned departments, overseeing cost management, human resources, operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff and patient satisfaction. It involves serving as part of the management team and adhering to a person-centered philosophy that promotes patient- and family-centered services. Key duties include succession planning, talent identification, and supporting the development of future nursing leaders. The role may require assisting in staffing to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred)At least 3 years of nursing experience with 1 year in leadershipCurrent RN licensure in Georgia and BCLS certification Skills in clinical competency, change management, and team leadership are essential to promote value-driven outcomes within the organization.
