Full-Time RN Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Coordinate perioperative care and supervise OR nursing staff
• Manage patient flow, assign staff, and ensure compliance with surgical and infection prevention standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to enhance patient outcomes and safety
• Mentor OR nurses and oversee supplies and equipment
• Support emergency response, document care, and promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and quality improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced RN with leadership capabilities in an operating room setting
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and emergency response skills
