RN Charge Nurse - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse Charge Dialysis, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a dialysis setting, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and advocating for patient needs. Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes.Deliver safe, effective care following policies, maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and care team members.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support process enhancements, and contribute to organizational goals.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the growth of other nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment based on professionalism and shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support certification (Instructors preferred).Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional growth, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
