Full-Time Retail Associate

About the role

As a Retail Associate, also known as an Athlete, you will embody the "Just Do It" mindset by providing exceptional customer service and helping consumers discover products that inspire movement and performance. You will contribute to building brand loyalty in a fast-paced store environment, working collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by understanding their needs and guiding them to suitable products.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
• Achieve sales goals and support team efforts to meet store objectives.
• Foster a welcoming environment, sharing knowledge and creating connections with customers and teammates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Minimum age of 18 years; relocation support and work authorization are not provided.
• Strong customer service orientation, energy, and integrity in interactions.
