About the Role
The Supervisor Respiratory Care manages and coordinates respiratory unit activities, interprets policies, and performs duties across various respiratory capacities. They deliver age-specific patient care (infants to geriatrics), demonstrate proficiency in respiratory services, and participate in ongoing education. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and supporting a patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Co-manage respiratory unit operations and activities.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations.
- Supervise and support respiratory staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuing education to maintain proficiency.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care.
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License at hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification at hire, with ACLS and PALS within 90 days.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years management experience.

Compensation based on experience with additional incentives.
