About the Role
In this onsite, full-time position, you'll work closely with clients, community agencies, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to help individuals achieve greater stability and independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage client budgets, financial allocations, and financial records
- Prepare and issue checks while ensuring bills and expenses are paid on time
- Reconcile receipts and maintain accurate documentation and case files
- Assist with Social Security audits and Medicaid or housing eligibility reviews
- Serve as a representative payee while responsibly managing client financial resources
- Coordinate services with landlords, family members, healthcare providers, and community agencies
- Support clients through advocacy, crisis intervention, and service coordination
- Help clients access benefits including SSA, Medicaid, and VA resources
- Monitor client progress, safety, and medication compliance
- Assist clients with community integration and daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to provide comprehensive client support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
- Knowledge of mental illness, behavioral disorders, and crisis intervention principles
- Understanding of confidentiality standards, client rights, and community resources
- Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate financial and clinical documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- May require a Food Handler's Permit depending on program assignment
Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing.

$21.15–$29.58/hour, depending on experience and licensure.
