Full-Time Remote Attorney / Alabama

About the role

HighPoint Law Offices, LLC is a creditor's rights firm seeking a licensed Alabama attorney for a flexible, fully remote position assisting with the review and execution of legal pleadings. The role offers an opportunity to supplement income while maintaining a flexible schedule, working independently, and using basic legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness.
• Electronically sign pleadings following review.
• Access and review files through the firm’s case management system (CLS).
• Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in a technology‑driven environment.
• Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required.
• Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required.

Schedule

Estimated 5–10 hours per week, depending on case volume. The position is fully remote and flexible.
