Full-time Regular Education Paraprofessionals

About the role

Support students in educational settings under the supervision of teachers. Assist with classroom management, provide individualized attention, and facilitate learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students based on their needs and academic progress.
• Participate in planning and implementing educational activities tailored to student learning objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure effective communication and support for students.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational settings preferred.
• Pass a background check and health screening.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of educational strategies and resources.
