About the Role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various departments, including ICU, ED, PACU, and specialized units.

Responsibilities

• Apply critical thinking and effective communication skills to deliver safe and appropriate patient care.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, stressful environment, making decisive judgments.
• Administer chemotherapy, requiring ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification.
• Perform procedures in specialized areas, adhering to department-specific credentials and certifications.
• Maintain certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring, with a six-month window for newly licensed RNs.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Relevant certifications (ACLS, PALS, Fetal Monitoring) as specified by department.
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate decisive judgment, and communicate effectively.
