Registered Nurse III (Full-Time)

Role Overview Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating professionalism and Service Excellence. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. Oversees and guides staff under supervision to ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care across various patient populations.Lead and support healthcare team members effectively.Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards, and philosophy.Demonstrate Service Excellence consistently. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.Completion of a Specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.At least one year of acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course.Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) depending on patient care needs.
