Full-Time Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Join a fast-paced Medical-Surgical team providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical conditions, including orthopedic, surgical, cardiac, and complex cases. Our 36-bed unit offers hands-on clinical experience with opportunities for performing IV starts, bedside procedures, wound care, NGT and chest tube management, blood transfusions, and post-op care. RN-to-patient ratios typically range from 1:5-6, with PCT support at 1:6-9, fostering team-based patient care and collaboration. The staff nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and maintaining professional standards. Qualifications include a current RN license in Georgia, BLS certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited school, with new graduates encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates have hospital experience and advanced certifications in their specialty. This role involves full-time day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM) and offers a sign-on bonus.
